No Child Left Behind
Working For all Students

The spirit behind the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) law is to create a climate where high quality education is supported for all children so that every child can reach their fullest potential. One of the cornerstones of the law is parental involvement because research shows that children do better in school when their parents are involved.

The NCLB law gives parents more choices and an opportunity to influence educational practices at their child’s school. Parents and schools around the nation are working together to ensure that children succeed. You can make a difference! Talk to the principal, teachers and other parents to find out what’s needed or join a parent group to support school improvement. Visit educational websites like the ones below to find out what others are doing to support school improvement.
