IDEA and the Special Education Process In this workshop, we will provide an overview of major State and Federal special education laws, in particular the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Participants will learn how the laws and the special education process are connected, as well as how parents and teachers can work together in using the process to develop and implement an effective program for each student.
