Special Education in NH: What are the Rules? The NH Rules for the Education of Children with Disabilities are the state regulations that provide eligible children with disabilities the right to a free and appropriate public education. This session will include an overview of the process and ways parents and the school can be involved in ensuring children’s special education needs are met.
