The National Information Center for Children and Youth with Disabilities (NICHCY) publishes a variety of materials, in English and Spanish, of interest to parents of children with disabilities and educators. NICHCY is an information and referral center that provides information on disabilities and disability-related issues. Children and youth with disabilities birth to age 22 are their special focus.
