I was wondering if you have any question answer boards or where to go on information for rules on when a school staff member does or does not have the right to talk to your private handicap care service providers (privat p.t. etc.) without even getting your opinion or advising you they think there are questions first. I thought these were issues to be brought up at I.E.P.'s for the whole team to consider. And should the parent not be asked before the question is presented anywhere else?
