I am not sure what you mean but I will address 2 scenerios. If your talking about a team not considering outside evaluations it means just that all they have to do is
*CONSIDER* but they have to tell you why they rejected the PT/ Docs/ OT recomendation in writing I have forgot some of the rules but have a fairly good memory and IQ....many a battle with my SAU.
If you want the team to consider your evaluations you must part with your evaluations or whatever and have a team meeting. You can call your people in but that option can be costly. My district used to play some games so keep on your toes and create a paper trial . The NHDOE is very helpful you could contact them too.
