As to your feelings regarding the social-emotional evaluation, it is your right to ask that the evaluation be removed, however the school is not obligated to do so. What you can do is write a letter expressing your concern and issues with the evaluation and have it added to his file. Does your child have goals and objectives that specifically address homework and organization? Contact us and we can discuss ways to put them into the IEP, or if they are included, how to monitor and make them stronger. 224-7005. Thank you!
